THE CHEF NANDO’S GREAT RECIPES

Do you like tapas? And sweet things? So there is a mix of both things that you cannot miss!!

ARNADÍ

 

Ingredients

-          1kg pumpkin

-          250 gr sugar

-          200 gr ground almond

-          100 gr ground walnut

-          3 eggs

-          Seedless raisins

-          Walnuts, pine nuts and almonds to decorate

-          Powdered cinnamon

-          Ground black pepper

-          A little honey and olive oil

 

Preparation

Peel the pumpkin and se only the pulp. Squash the pulp and put it on a non-dense canvas, hanging in order to get rid of the water through the night. In a earthenware dish, put the pumpkin pulp and add the sugar, the ground almond, the ground walnut, the raisins and the beaten eggs. Knead well. The Arnadí must always be very sweet.

We put the dough in small cups in the shape of pyramids, sprinkle with the powdered cinnamon and sugar and place it in the oven for 15 minutes until brown slightly. Then we remove it from the oven and allow cooling.

We glaze the almonds and the walnuts in a pan with a little olive oil, black pepper and honey. We use themo to decorate.
