Gazpacho andaluz

Gazpacho Andaluz is a food-drink, meaning that it is drinked, but also contains many vegetables, bread, oil... It's a typical example of the Mediterranean
diet, and it's really good!

 

Ingredients:

- 1 kg pear tomatoes

- 1 cucumber

- 2 green peppers

- 1 garlic clove

- 2 slices of bread

- 1 splash of olive oil

- 1 dash of vinegar

- Cold water as desired

- Half onion (optional)

- Half red pepper (optional)

 

Preparation:

 

Peel the vegetables and crush with two slices of bread dipped in vinegar. If possible, put it through a chinois (potato masher). Add the desired amount of water (to make it more or less liquid) and serve cold with the accompaniment.

 

Accompaniment:

 The same vegetables chopped and with croutons (pan fried).
