Pulpo a la gallega (octopus)

 

One of the star tapas in Spain is the the Galician octopus (Pulpo a la Gallega). As its name indicates, its origin is Galician. It’s not a very complicated dish but it is quite good. Chef Nando also knows how an octopus is treated. :)
